Whether you want to volunteer, donate, or advocate for social justice, there are many ways to get involved with Restore Island Rail. 

Join us to help bring rail travel back to Vancouver Island.

Everyone that takes the time to learn the finite details of what the corridor means for Vancouver Island knows, without hesitation, that we would be making a colossal mistake to do anything but restore the railway.   

We want to make sure the public is properly informed about the benefits if the corridor is restored, or the huge tax crater that will be left behind if the fight for rail fails. 

While you are moving through your day, you may not have time to focus on what transportation systems might be available in the future. Let us do the heavy lifting and represent you while we talk sense into our decision makers and get this railway doing what it was designed to do, move people and goods.

Our members can volunteer on behalf of the society.

They can spread the word about why it's so important to restore the railway and keep it for our future, or give the corridor a shave and a haircut as a community event. They can present to schools or special interest groups, all with the support of the Restore Island Rail Society.
