I've been in plenty of negotiations, to know that

When the parties involved have history, it gets tough to get anywhere!

I don't know about you, but

Getting 3 First Nations to agree to a plan

with the Province of B.C.

is an amazing feat!

Trying to find ways and words to convey compassion, and sensitivity,

and just listen to find common ground is no easy task!

Through all that

ICF board members

 actually got a plan approved and posted for your viewing! 

As a 50/50 partnership with First Nations!

I think we should listen and endorse it!

"Nothing happens in a day"

is real!

Sure, it might have taken some time, but I think 

They deserve a HUGE round of applause for delivering,

Don't you?

Are we really going to let all that effort go to waste?
